Vitamin E is so commonly used in cosmetics that consumers expect to see it on an ingredients label. Why do so many beauty brands use this vitamin? Vitamin E is an antioxidant that naturally occurs in plants in two main types - tocopherols and tocotrienols and further broken down into what we consider to be eight subtypes.
