FOR NON-WHOLESALE ORDERS
KFB is a private small batch company, therefore many products are made to order. As a result, processing time for non-wholesale orders is 1-3 days.
US ORDERS: Shipping time frames from our location in Texas is within 5 - 7 days thereafter.
LOCAL ORDERS: Exercised at the owners discretion. Orders that qualify for local delivery are delivered the following Saturday after the day of order between 8 am and 7 pm. Update: local order delivery is suspended for the remainder of 2026. All orders will be shipped via mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping time frames from our location in Texas is within 5 - 18 days based on your location. International orders may be subject to customs duties upon delivery.
Real time delivery updates will be provided via email, text or via the Shop app if the customer chooses this.
All digital download products are issued via email immediately after purchase. Please note that all intellectual property from KAM Family Botanics is not for re-sell and will be considered a copyright infringement.

Processing Time
Wholesale orders are made to order and require production time before shipment. Standard processing time is typically 7–21 business days, depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.
Order Confirmation
Once your wholesale order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining your items, quantities, estimated processing timeline, and shipping details.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Shipping method selection may vary based on package size, destination, and delivery timeframe.

We currently ship wholesale orders throughout the United States. Estimated transit times vary by carrier and location and are separate from processing times.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Photos of damaged packages and products may be required for claims.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
Bulk Orders & Freight Shipping
Large wholesale orders may require freight shipping or multiple packages. Additional shipping arrangements may be discussed directly with the customer when necessary.
