Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Non-EU Customer orders
Our haircare and skincare beauty products are handcrafted and created with care. All orders are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. We allow returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt of order for beauty products. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We occasionally partner with a third party and provide accessories and fashions. These items are subject to a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.
