Returns/Refund:

Our haircare and skincare beauty products are handcrafted and created with care. All orders are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. We allow returns up to 14 days from the date of receipt of order. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. Please contact us via email at info@kamfamilybotanics.us with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line if you wish to return the merchandise to receive the address for return.

We absolutely do not accept returns for digital downloads or gift cards. These purchase types are final sale.

Shipping

KFB is a private small batch company, therefore many products are made to order. As a result, processing time for orders is 1-3 days. Shipping time frames from our location in Texas is within 5 - 7 days thereafter. Orders that qualify for local delivery are delivered the following Saturday after the day of order between 8 am and 7 pm. Real time delivery updates will be provided via email, text or via the Shop app if the customer chooses this. Shipping carriers include UPS, USPS, and DHL. 

All digital download products are issued via email immediately after purchase. Please note that all intellectual property from KAM Family Botanics is not for re-sell and will be considered a copyright infringement.
