At KAM Family Botanics, all products are handcrafted in small batches and made to order. Because we begin preparing your order promptly after purchase, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you believe an error was made at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately at info@kamfamilybotanics.us with "ORDER CONCERN" in the subject line. While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will do our best to assist you.

EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@kamfamilybotanics.us with "EU WITHDRAWAL REQUEST" in the subject line before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
